Online Delivery Policy
All online purchases (excluding gift vouchers) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, costing £3.95, which requires a signature upon receipt. Parcels are insured and usually guaranteed next-day delivery by 1 pm.
All orders will be sent as soon as possible, usually the same or the next day, and in all cases, within three days. However, if an item is required more quickly or delivered on a particular day, please call us, as we are happy to help wherever possible.
Purchases made when we are closed on Wednesday or Sunday will be sent the following working day.
If pieces require personalisation or adjustments, this may take longer, so we will be in touch to confirm the delivery date. Alternatively, please contact us before purchasing for an estimated shipping date.
We offer delivery to the United Kingdom only; for delivery to destinations outside the United Kingdom, please contact us before making your purchase.
Click & Collect
Please select Click & Collect (Free) if you wish to pick up your order from our store in Corsham. Your item will be packaged and ready for collection within 24 hours. If you need to collect an item more quickly, please call us, as we are happy to help wherever possible.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase in-store, over the phone or online; free 1st class postage is offered on all gift vouchers; please allow two days for delivery; alternatively, gift vouchers are available to Click & Collect.
Gift vouchers are available to redeem in-store against new jewellery purchases, repairs or alterations and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
In-Store Returns Policy
Purchases made in-store may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or gift voucher/credit note only. This applies to unworn goods in their original condition. Refunds on in-store purchases are not offered unless items are deemed to have a manufacturing defect or cannot be repaired. Unfortunately, pieces that have become faulty through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or intentional damage cannot be refunded.
Online Returns Policy
If you decide that your online purchase is unsuitable, you are welcome to return it in-store or by post. However, the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase, showing no evidence of wear and tear. We will offer a full refund, exchange or gift voucher/credit note for the total amount minus any postage paid (unless faulty). Gift vouchers/credit notes will have a 1-year expiry.
Please return online purchases to us within 30 days of purchase if the items are deemed unfit to wear through a manufacturing defect. We will make every effort to repair or replace the items, but if this is not possible, a refund will be given. Unfortunately, pieces that have become faulty through normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or intentional damage cannot be refunded. Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
If returning goods by mail, please send them using a secure, insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Also, please retain the proof of postage, as we do not accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note that the original postage costs are not refundable, and we do not accept any responsibility for the return postage costs unless items are deemed faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
