Warranty & Aftercare

Warranty Policy

Our jewellery is made to be worn and enjoyed, and we want you to feel completely confident in its quality. All pieces purchased from Coppins are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in design, materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers faults that should not arise under normal use. It does not cover natural wear and tear, such as scuffs or scratches, or damage caused by improper care, accidental damage or wilful misuse.

If you believe an item has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us with proof of purchase so we can arrange an assessment. Items purchased in-store may be brought directly to us, and online purchases may be returned in-store or by post if preferred.

Where an item is faulty or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, we will cover reasonable return costs where required. For other warranty assessments, we may ask you to cover the postage costs.

Once we have received and examined the item, we will work with you to provide the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

This warranty applies to purchases made in-store and online and is offered in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.

Lifetime Cleaning & Polishing

For jewellery priced at £1,000 and above, as well as all bespoke creations, we are pleased to offer complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing as part of our aftercare pledge.

It is our way of helping you keep your jewellery looking its best for many years. You are welcome to bring your jewellery to us at any time for a professional clean and gentle polish.

This service is available in-store only. It does not replace or extend the warranty and is offered as a long-term aftercare benefit for qualifying items.

We may ask for proof of purchase so that we can confirm eligibility for this service.

While cleaning and polishing can brighten and refresh your jewellery, it cannot remove deep wear, repair damage or restore missing or damaged stones. Any work required beyond routine cleaning and polishing may be assessed and quoted separately.
