Redeemable in-store, vouchers can be used towards jewellery purchases, bespoke commissions, repairs, or alterations and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers are sent with complimentary First Class postage, with delivery typically within two days. Vouchers are also available in-store or via Click & Collect. If you require a denomination not listed online, please call or visit us in-store.

If the billing and delivery addresses differ, we will assume the voucher is a gift and send it directly to the recipient at the delivery address. A personal message can be added using the Special Instructions box in the basket at checkout.
